The Adams County Community Foundation (ACCF) held its first-ever Scholar Dinner on Monday, April 28 at the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union to recognize the achievements of 42 local scholarship recipients and their families. The event marked a new tradition celebrating the impact of philanthropy and education in Adams County.

Thanks to the generosity of its donors, ACCF has awarded 133 scholarships over the past five years. This year alone, five endowed scholarship funds provided a total of 42 scholarships to Adams County students pursuing college or trade school education.

“We extend our deepest gratitude to the generous donors who have made the Adams County Community Foundation scholarship funds possible,” said Linda Stepp, ACCF President. “This year, 42 students will move forward in their education journeys because of their support.”
