The Foundation offers a variety of options to let donors’ direct assets to the causes they are passionate about.

Unrestricted Gifts are welcomed and may be used for any of the Foundation’s charitable purposes at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.

Endowment Gifts become permanent charitable assets. Earnings may be used for restricted or unrestricted purposes. Gifts may be made to the Adams County Community Foundation endowment fund established in 2019 with a gift of $100,000 or, with certain requirements, to your own named fund.

Whether you choose to open a gift fund that can create an immediate impact in the community, create a permanent endowment to address an ongoing need, or plan a gift to create a legacy for your community, the Foundation can help make your charitable giving easy and effective.

You can create a fund to identify your family or honor a loved one (see FUNDS Tab), provide current or permanent support of your favorite charities, receive prompt gift acknowledgement and grant processing or choose recognition or anonymity.
